Salary: $40/hr+ DOE

Job Description:

Accounting Principals is now hiring a payroll specialist for an immediate opportunity with a San Francisco based client. This role will play a major part with assisting a rapidly growing company in serving both it’s national and international workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Process multi-state and Canadian based payroll
  • Assist with implementing and migrating to Workday and Kronos
  • Maintain and update all employee profiles
  • Process timesheets
  • Assist with designing, maintaining, and managing payroll system to ensure compliance at all levels
  • Conduct year end reporting for W-2s
  • Provide customer service to employees
  • Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with multi-state payroll
  • Experience with Workday and Kronos implementation
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • CPP is a strong plus
  • Location: San Francisco, CA 94105
