Accounting principals has partnered up with a local manufacturing company to search for a payroll associate in Portland, Oregon. This role is in office. In this position you will be responsible for payroll for up to 500 employees, as well as payroll tax calculations. . Below is more information about the role.
In this role you will:
Come up with a system to administer and distribute reports
Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Provide instruction, training, and documentation to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
Manipulate and apply corrections to any incorrect time sheets
Familiarity with payroll processes or systems
Minimum 3 year of payroll experience
Keen attention to detail
Data entry experience
