Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist with 3 or more years of Payroll, Benefits and Advanced Excel experience in the heart of the Tri Valley!

- Run Bi Weekly payroll for up to 250 employees
- Assist in the Open Enrollment benefits process
- Assist with New Hire Benefit set up
- Heavy Advanced Excel users only
- Other Payroll/Benefit duties may be assigned
- At least 3 or more years of Payroll, Benefits and Advanced Excel Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ADP Payroll software experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, there are 3 others in Payroll
- Effective Communication and Written skills
- Ability to Multi Task
- Detailed and Organized
Salary/Hourly: Up to $28 per hour* Dependent on level of experience and qualifications
