Accounting Principals is looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist for our client in Phoenix, AZ. If you are looking for an opportunity in accounting services with a customer focused approach, this is the job for you! The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and is comfortable working on multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date accounting records
Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash management
Review and process invoices
Ensure accurate and complete accounting for GL
Assist other accounting departments as necessary
Qualifications:
2+ years Bookkeeping or related experience
Degree in accounting or finance (Bachelor’s preferred)
Must have experience with QuickBooks
Preferred Skills:
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and very organized
Expert communication
Job Details:
Full time, contract to hire
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
