Accounting Principals is partnering with a premiere company in the Construction industry to fill their open Payroll Specialist job in Mesa Arizona. To qualify, you must possess at least three years of payroll processing experience. Previous experience utilizing Paychex is a plus You will earn between $45,000 and $55,000 per year in this direct hire job opportunity, based on your level of previous experience.
Process biweekly payroll
Mantinea employee information including Taxes, Deductions, direct deposits, garnishments etc..
Enter and review timecard information
Review and enter payment adjustments and process garnishment payments
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Payroll Specialist or comparable role required
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources preferred
A Minimum of one year of experience processing multistate payroll using Paychex preferred
Ability to work both from home and in office required
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
