Experience in Payroll? Accounting Principals is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our client. The Payroll Specialist will manage and process designated payrolls, maintain payroll, time/attendance systems, and prepare reports upon request.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Input data from time sheets, production records or individual time cards to computerized payroll system
  • Manage and process designated payrolls to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll processes
  • Manage and process personnel record changes
  • Prepare and input new hire data
  • Provide ongoing client and employee support 
  • Processing of weekly payroll hours and benefits

 

Experience:

  • At least 0-2 years related experience
  • Customer service experience, preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Time management skills
  • Team oriented
  • Critical thinker
