Accounting Principals is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Pennsauken, NJ. This role would be a hybrid blend of in office and remote. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience processing payroll. To learn more, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for all employees 
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reconciliations of payroll data to the general ledger account balances 
  • Assist with special projects, w-2 reconciliations, and payroll audits
  • Maintain current records on employees and verify all pay rates 
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience with Paylocity-- preferred but not required   
  • Experience with Financial Edge Accounting Software- preferred but not required  
  • 5+ years of payroll experience 
  • Experience with multi state payroll
  • Skills:

  • Professional Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract
