Accounting Principals is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a Contract to Hire Opportunity in Trevose, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and Kronos experience. To learn more, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi weekly payroll for multiple locations 
  • Reconcile time and attendance
  • Preparing manual checks as needed
  • Reconciling and balancing the payroll account
  • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for payroll processing
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
  • Experience with Kronos
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Skills:

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire
