Responsibilities:
Process bi weekly payroll for multiple locations
Reconcile time and attendance
Preparing manual checks as needed
Reconciling and balancing the payroll account
Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for payroll processing
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
Experience with Kronos
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Skills:
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Team player
Self-starter
