Accounting Principals is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a Contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The ideal candidate will have experience with multi state payroll and 3 years of payroll experience. To learn more, please apply today!


  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll
  • Create and balance general ledger journal entries monthly
  • Process monthly accruals
  •  Track and maintain vacation and sick time
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 3-5 years of recent payroll experience
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Lawson is a plus
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract
