Accounting Principals is seeking a Payroll Specialist in King of Prussia, PA for a Contract to hire opportunity. In this role the main responsibilities are processing payroll bi-weekly and monthly and administering the electronic timekeeping system. To learn more, please apply today!  

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for employees and ensuring accuracy of timesheets
  • Administering the electronic timekeeping system by setting up employees and validating employee charges
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Researching invoices
  • Processing journal entries
  •  

     

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years of experience processing payroll
  • Knowledge of Paychecx Flex  
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with different departments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire
