Accounting Principals needs your help in recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a contract-hire opportunity near Downtown Atlanta with our client who was voted one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work for the last 4 years!  The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication with Intermediate Excel.


  • 3-5 years of recent full cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Administrative skills to include MS Office proficiency
  • Garnishments
  • Reconciliations
  • Union experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Responsibilities

  • Multi-state payroll processing

  • Weekly/bi-weekly processing
  • Verification of payroll
  • Manual checks
  • Data entry
