Accounting Principals is currently hiring a payroll specialist in Pinellas County. This role will be responsible for aiding the payroll team with bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 300+ employees. Please read the provided details below.

Job Description:

  • Processing with accuracy Bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees
  • Auditing timecards and reconciling information into payroll system
  • Calculating and applying payroll taxes following state and local regulations
  • Applying wage garnishments and deductions to ensure proper amount is paid
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years prior payroll processing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ultipro software highly preferred
