We are currently working with a High Point company that is in need of a strong payroll specialist.  This payroll specialist must have extensive use and familiarity of ADP.  Please read the responsibilities and qualifications to determine if you are a good fit.
Job responsibilities include…
• Preparing, processing and maintaining in-house payroll for employees
• Processing garnishments and levies
• Calculating and recording payroll deductions
• Compiling, updating and auditing payroll data
• Reconciling GL accounts
• Submitting multi-state payroll taxes
• Preparing annual and quarterly tax returns
• Creating ongoing month-end, quarterly and year-end reports
Candidates should meet the following qualifications…
• Must have at least three years of experience processing in-house payroll
• Must have multi-state tax experience
Must have 3-5 years of recent experience with ADP
• Minimum of Associate’s Degree, highly preferred
