Payroll Specialist job in Des Plaines, IL
Are you a payroll professional with at least three years of experience? We have an exciting payroll specialist job opportunity for our client in the Des Plaines, IL area. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and semi-monthly payrolls of 150+ employees and some benefit maintenance duties.
As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities include:
• Preparing and entering high volume weekly and semi-monthly payroll and preparing reports
• Managing PTO, Process benefits enrollment, changes, etc.
• Assisting with additional ad hoc projects as outlined by the Payroll Manager
• At least three years of previous payroll experience
• Bachelors degree or higher is required, and Paycom experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
