Business is booming and we are looking for professional Payroll Coordinators. We are working on a contract role on the Southside of Richmond, Virginia. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of company-wide payroll. Candidate should have experience in payroll processing, payroll reporting and calculating wages and garnishments.
- Responsible for preparation of payroll, importing data for payroll, resolving discrepancies, managing changes
- Single point of contact for internal and external customers in order accomplish Payroll function. Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for processing weekly disbursements for 401k and HSA Plans.
- Assist with fiscal year end reconciliation and processing of W-2’s.
