Business is booming and we are looking for professional Payroll Coordinators.  We are working on a contract role on the Southside of Richmond, Virginia.  The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of company-wide payroll. Candidate should have experience in payroll processing, payroll reporting and calculating wages and garnishments.
 
Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for preparation of payroll, importing data for payroll, resolving discrepancies, managing changes
  • Single point of contact for internal and external customers in order accomplish Payroll function.  Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for processing weekly disbursements for 401k and HSA Plans.
  • Assist with fiscal year end reconciliation and processing of W-2’s.
