As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for processing payroll for over 400 employees on a biweekly basis. This position is highly visible as you will be the main point of contact for all levels of employees when it comes to payroll inquiries. Payroll Administrator Job Duties:
Auditing of employee timecards
Producing payroll reporting
Management of garnishments and deductions
Maintaining payroll records
Payroll Administrator Qualifications:
Must have 4+ years of payroll processing experience
Experience preparing payroll journal entries
Proficient Excel knowledge (vlookups, pivot tables)
ADP payroll software experience
