Are you a payroll pro who wants to work with a great non-profit university in Portland, OR? We are working with a company in Portland OR to find a strong payroll specialist. Not only will you get to learn from the best in the business, but you will also get to bring your payroll experience to a dynamic and fun team in the education field.
 
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Processing in house payroll for 300 employees in Oregon
  • Deductions, Distribution, and Accounting for benefits activity
  • Processing housing reimbursements and other non-taxable income for pay
 
As the ideal candidate, you have:
  • 2+ years of in house payroll experience
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Experience working with Great Plains, or other ERP software
  • Housing reimbursement experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills
