We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the team on a part time basis.  You will use your ADP Workforce Now expertise in order to process payroll for 120 employees twice a month. In addition, you will be responsible for new hire set up, benefits on boarding and off boarding and keeping all payroll and HR records current.  The pay for the role is up to $28.00 per hour and will be based on your experience.
Your daily duties will include:

  • Payroll for 120 employees twice a month
  • Review and enter new hire paperwork
  • Process benefit add or changes for new hires and terms
  • Use your Excel skills to reconcile benefits deductions and payments
  • Filing HR records
  • Data Entry
