To be considered, you must have experience processing a weekly payroll consisting of at least 500 employees. You will be responsible for maintaining employee files and records, in addition to payroll processing.
• Process a weekly payroll consisting of 500 employees
• Process and enter new hires and maintain employee documentation, file relevant paperwork into employee's personnel file
• Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal state and federal requirements as well as company policies and procedures
• Must have experience in garnishments and other deductions
• Assist with input of vendor invoices and purchase orders
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Organized, Detail-oriented and punctual
• Bilingual in Spanish, is a plus!
