Payroll Specialist in Cincinnati, OH
We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill a full-time Payroll Specialist Job in Cincinnati, OH. This is a temp to hire opportunity! Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in a payroll position, preferable handling Multi-State Payroll.
The Payroll Specialist Job responsibilities include:
- Process biweekly Multi-State Payroll for 500-1000 employees
- Prepare and deliver weekly payroll reports to management
- Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations and related process
- Ensuring accurate data entry within the ADP system
- Minimum of two years continuous experience in a Payroll related position
- Experience working in ADP or equivalent software strongly preferred
- Intermediate understanding of MS Excel; ability to create functions and manipulate existing databases preferred
- Strong data entry and Microsoft Excel skills
