General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and input, on a weekly basis, associate payroll data
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all associates
  • Answer all associate inquiries on payroll issues
  • Perform final pay calculations, employment verifications, document processing and filing, and general auditing
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
  • Strong verbal and telephone skills are required as there is a heavy call volume
  • Answer questions regarding payroll from associates
  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to organize various responsibilities at one time
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in the payroll function, or as a payroll clerk
  • Experience in data collection, data entry and reporting, with great attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, payroll policies and regulations, a plus
  • Strong math and numerical skills
  • Large employer experience; Multi-state experience, a plus
  • Strong verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration is a plus
  • Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Full-time position, Hourly Non-Exempt
  • Office hours: M-F, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Some overtime availability may be required
