We have a Payroll position open in Oklahoma City, OK.  This role will provide overall payroll support including compiling time, tax reporting, and Human Resource related items.  This position will be tasked with maintaining accurate records, monthly reports, reconciling time, and benefits plus tracking and processing HR invoices.  Ideal candidates will have current knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and a minimum of 2 years processing payroll. Candidates must have a good working knowledge of ADP payroll software.  Salary based on experience.
Requirements for Payroll position include:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • ADP payroll software experience
  • Multi-state and jurisdiction payroll experience
  • Highly detail oriented, focused and able to work under time pressure
  • Good understanding for Accounting concepts and terms
