Accounting Principals is working with one of our best clients in Manhattan in the hospitality field to fill a Payroll Manager position.  This is a possible temporary to hire opportunity for an organization that values their employees and has a great work/life balance.  If this sounds like a great position for you, read on!


  • Process weekly payroll for 600+ employees
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits
  • Prepare payroll journal entries
  • Ensure documentation complies with company policies, labor laws, and GAAP
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Skills:

  • Experience with ADP is a plus
  • Experience with multi-state and union payroll is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
