Process weekly payroll for 600+ employees
Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits
Prepare payroll journal entries
Ensure documentation complies with company policies, labor laws, and GAAP
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
5+ years of payroll experience
Proficient with Excel
Experience with ADP is a plus
Experience with multi-state and union payroll is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
