Title: Payroll Manager!

              A leader in providing high quality education and success is looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate to join their team as a Payroll Manager and specialist.  This is a great Direct Hire role that offers the opportunity to expand and grow within St. Louis, MO.

As a payroll Manager, you will focus on serving as the primary contact in the development, administration, and maintenance of in-house payroll responsibilities! This position offers amazing benefits and an amazing team centered atmosphere!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being leading and managing 3 other payroll clerks!
  • Guarantee consistence with all pertinent laws and regulations.
  • Properly handle and process employee files and records.
  • Assist in the distribution of benefit programs and edit as needed.
  • Collect benefit payments through 3 different types of payroll!
  • Work within an Oracle based system!
  • Qualifications:

  • In house payroll experience (Must have)
  • Experience with union payroll (preferred)
  • 3-5 Years Payroll Processing
  • Multiple State Payroll Policies Knowledge (preferred)
  • State and Labor Law Insight
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Skills:

  • Planning & Organizing
  • Ability to work in High Functioning Environments
  • Possess Professionalism
  • Adaptable
  • High level of Computer skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Work Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
