Accounting Principals in Phoenix has paired with a top client in search of a Payroll Specialist! This will be a contract to hire position paying between $15/HR and $18/HR depending on experience.
Those interested must have experience with the following:
• Processing semi-monthly payroll accurately and timely for 500+ employees in multiple states
• Record employee information, such as new hires, exemptions, transfers, promotions, terminations, to maintain and update payroll records
• Ensure benefits elections are recorded and processed properly within payroll
• Coordinate reimbursement expenditures to coincide with company policy
• Assist in administration and reconciliation of garnishments, reimbursements, deductions & taxes
• Prepare, analyze, and review payroll reports
