Do you have a passion for payroll? We are working on a fast moving job opportunity in Menomonee Falls, WI for a Payroll Coordinator. You will be working with an excellent group of down to earth people at a successful organization. Your responsibilities will consist of processing payroll, auditing time cards and gross to net components. To be the right candidate, you will need a two or more years of experience.
As a Payroll Coordinator your responsibilities include:
Processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Reconciling the payroll accounts
Preparing manual checks
Preparing 1099s, W-2’s and performing multi-state payroll
Two years payroll processing experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team player who also works well independently
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Experience processing payroll in a payroll software
