Payroll Associate

Oradell, NJ

Accounting Principals has partnered with a company based in Oradell, NJ in their search for an experienced Payroll Associate on a potential temp to hire basis.  This role requires prior payroll processing experience from ‘start to finish.’  It is a ‘hands on,’ ‘roll your sleeves up’ type of environment.  The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience. 

 

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing multi-state, non-union payroll for up to 1,000 employees
  • Entering and managing new hire/employee information
  • Provide assistance to payroll related inquiries
  • Review and process time and attendance
 
  • Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ payroll related experience
  • ADP experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Able to work with confidential information discreetly
  • Must work with strict deadlines and strong attention to detail
