Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator with 3 + years of Payroll experience, for a company in Livermore, CA.

  • Auditing Time Sheets for up to 600 employees
  • Entering Sick Pay and Vacation hours
  • Submitting Timecard documents to our Corporate counterparts
  • Payroll deductions- PTO, Garnishments, Benefits, and all State and Federal Mandated Taxes
  • Answering employee questions about Policies and Procedures in relation to Payroll
  • Bi Weekly Payroll
  • Other Payroll duties may be assigned


  • At least 3 + years of Payroll experience
  • Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Dayforce Payroll software skills (Ulti-Pro or ADP Work Force Now)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Payroll Certification Accepted


  • Effective Communication and Written skills
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Detailed and Organized

    Employment Type:

  • Full-time

    Salary/Hourly: Up to 65K salary * Dependent on level of experience and qualifications
