Auditing Time Sheets for up to 600 employees
Entering Sick Pay and Vacation hours
Submitting Timecard documents to our Corporate counterparts
Payroll deductions- PTO, Garnishments, Benefits, and all State and Federal Mandated Taxes
Answering employee questions about Policies and Procedures in relation to Payroll
Bi Weekly Payroll
Other Payroll duties may be assigned
At least 3 + years of Payroll experience
Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Dayforce Payroll software skills (Ulti-Pro or ADP Work Force Now)
Bachelor’s Degree or Payroll Certification Accepted
Effective Communication and Written skills
Ability to Multi Task
Detailed and Organized
Salary/Hourly: Up to 65K salary * Dependent on level of experience and qualifications
