Title: Payroll Coordinator

A leader in providing high quality transportation and success is looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate to join their team as a Payroll Coordinator and specialist.  This is a great contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to expand and grow.

As a payroll coordinator, you will focus on serving as the primary contact in the development, administration, and maintenance of employee benefits in all company operations. This position offers flexibility and a casual work environment that supports one another in achieving the highest values and accomplishments.


  • Responsible for being leading contact for venders and third-party administrators when needed.
  • Guarantee consistence with all pertinent laws and regulations.
  • Properly handle and process employee files and records.
  • Assist in the distribution of benefit programs and edit as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 Years Payroll Processing
  • Multiple State Payroll Policies Knowledge (preferred)
  • State and Labor Law Insight
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Skills:

  • Planning & Organizing
  • Ability to work in High Functioning Environments
  • Possess Professionalism
  • Adaptable
  • High level of Computer skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Work Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  •  8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
  • In Office for Training months, then optional hybrid flexibility
