Title: Payroll Coordinator
A leader in providing high quality transportation and success is looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate to join their team as a Payroll Coordinator and specialist. This is a great contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to expand and grow.
As a payroll coordinator, you will focus on serving as the primary contact in the development, administration, and maintenance of employee benefits in all company operations. This position offers flexibility and a casual work environment that supports one another in achieving the highest values and accomplishments.
Responsible for being leading contact for venders and third-party administrators when needed.
Guarantee consistence with all pertinent laws and regulations.
Properly handle and process employee files and records.
Assist in the distribution of benefit programs and edit as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3-5 Years Payroll Processing
Multiple State Payroll Policies Knowledge (preferred)
State and Labor Law Insight
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Planning & Organizing
Ability to work in High Functioning Environments
High level of Computer skills
Monday – Friday
8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
In Office for Training months, then optional hybrid flexibility
