Accounting Principals is looking for an applicant who has experience and dedication to work full-time as a Payroll Coordinator. While the company is located in Richmond, VA, the position is remote, and requires the time and efficiency to conduct their payroll processing assignments each week.



  • Work directly under the Payroll Manager as well as with other branches within the company
  • Withhold information that can be confidential
  • Process new hires and train them
  • Review payrolls and scan for errors
  • Responsible for the emails sent to the payroll department
  • Quick problem solving
  • Knowledge of accounting related information
  • Break down statistics
  • Education:

  • High school graduate (GED)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the payroll industry and systems used
  • Maintain sufficient customer service relations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fundamental Payroll Certificate, recommended

    Workday and Pay:

  • Monday through Friday
  • $18-21/hr
