Salary: $45,000


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
  • Record changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations
  • Distribute job cost, labor cost, certified and other miscellaneous report
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management
  • Minimum 3 years accounting experience in, preferably in a college or university environment
  • Understanding of local and governmental rules regarding payroll
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated and goal driven

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
