Accounting Principals is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The ideal candidate for this immediate, direct-hire opening will have strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The pay for this role is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Full cycle payroll; bi-weekly for over 800 employees
Organize and maintain records for audit purposes
Process garnishments, expense reimbursements, direct deposits and paycards; may also assist with W-2's, out of state tax processing and system upgrades
Work with team and maintain excellent rapport for all inquiries
At least 3 years of related payroll experience for over 200 employees
Proficient in Excel
