A great Tulsa business has partnered with Accounting Principals to search for their next Payroll Coordinator. An ideal candidate will have the ability to handle email questions, garnishments and account reconciliations. This temp to hire positions is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and pay starts out at $17 per hour.

Job Duties: 

  • Assist payroll administration
  • Handle payroll changes, ie. garnishments, W-4, direct deposit, levies, etc
  • Coordinate benefit reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business
  • 3-5 years of prior payroll experience handling 200+ employees
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
