We are assisting a client in north Charlotte with their need for a Payroll Coordinator! This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with a growing company. This is a direct hire opportunity for the right person.


What will this person be doing?

  • Multi-state weekly payroll in ADP
  • Hourly and salaried processing
  • Garnishments
  • Timecard auditing
  • Reconciliations
  • Communicating with 3rd party payroll representative
  • Making any wage, name, or employment status adjustments in personnel database
  • Other special projects as needed to support the payroll manager

    What is required of this person?

  • ADP proficiency
  • At minimum 5+ years of payroll experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work onsite in office
