Accounting Principals is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for certified payroll and prevailing wages. Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in related field required.
- Process weekly certified payroll for OCIP/CCIP and Prevailing Wage
- Prepare employee start-up documentation
- Create standard and ad hoc reporting using various HR systems
- Track and verify all union requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Strong background in prevailing wages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
