Accounting Principals is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for certified payroll and prevailing wages. Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in related field required. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly certified payroll for OCIP/CCIP and Prevailing Wage
  • Prepare employee start-up documentation
  • Create standard and ad hoc reporting using various HR systems
  • Track and verify all union requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Strong background in prevailing wages 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
