Payroll Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Processing weekly payroll for 1000+ employees using ADP Workforce
- Auditing timesheets and verifying with department managers
- Updating and maintain new hire forms and terminations
- Maintain employee tax records to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local agencies
- Process verification of employment
- Research and resolve any payroll inquires
- Must have a minimum of three years of relevant payroll experience
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce NOW
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Must have customer service, analytical and organizational skills
