We are looking to fill a Payroll Coordinator Job in Louisville, KY. You must have experience in high volume, a minimum of three years of payroll experience, and have great customer service.
Payroll Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and audit payroll input/output of employee record
  • Enter data into payroll system to compute wages and deductions
  • Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, associate benefit and deductions
  • Research and communicate with clients regarding payroll questions
  • Process accurate and timely year-end report when necessary
  • Responds and assists staff with inquiries and resolves payroll issues with employees
  • Manage year-end reporting including 1099 accounts


  • Minimum three years of Payroll experience
  • Experience in high volume
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Effective written and oral skills
  • Excellent customer service
