Payroll Coordinator – St. Louis, MO
Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator in St. Louis, MO. This position requires someone who is a leader & forward thinking. Payroll Specialist job duties:
• Assist with processing of hourly payrolls – check in timesheets, balance payrolls, review timesheet edit reports and pre-check register for accuracy
• Set-up and administer all union payroll – process, pay union costs and perform union audits
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts
• Set up direct deposits
• Review and set-up of employee payroll taxes
• 3 – 5 years’ payroll experience to include union, non-union & multi-state payroll
• General Ledger reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
