Do you want to put your payroll experience to the test? We are currently recurring for a Payroll Clerk in the Louisville, KY area.
 
As a Payroll Clerk your job responsibilities will include:
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations
• Set up for all new hires and maintain all changes for current employees
• Resolves payroll discrepancies
• Process updates on payroll records
• Process garnishment and maintain compliance
• Work with Human Resources to maintain employees files
• Reconcile benefit invoices
• Deposit cash receipts
• Maintains payroll operations
• Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
You are a great fit if you have:
• 2 or more years of experience in payroll processing desired
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Analyze data and resolve payroll related discrepancies in a timely manner
• Must Multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Payroll software experience using Kronos is a must
• Strong computer skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Garnishment knowledge is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills are a must
