Payroll, Benefits, and Accounting Specialist

Our client in the Blue Ash area is looking to ad a dynamic payroll professional to their team on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience along with some accounting and benefits experience.

This position is temp to hire and would pay between $20 and $24/hr. depending on experience.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for a staff ranging between 150 and 250 employees depending on the season
  • Provide customer support to employees with payroll question
  • Set benefits for new employees and adjust existing employees when needed
  • Process travel and mileage expenses for employees
  • Assist the accounting department with basic tasks when needed
  • Assist the Human Resources team with basic tasks as needed
  •  

    Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of payroll experience
  • Associate Degree or higher is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Benefits Administration is highly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skill
  • Willingness to help out in various areas of HR and Accounting when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
