The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing the weekly and biweekly payrolls of approximately 1500 US-based employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now and KRONOS Time & Attendance System. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze timesheets and calculate and record adjustments
  • Review new hire data and ensure all information is added
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll questions
  • Reconcile errors and maintain payroll records
  • Compile payroll data such as garnishments, paid time off, insurance, and 401(k)
  • Perform monthly benefit audits to ensure payroll deductions and plans match
  • Maintain and track outstanding time sheet list
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Review and processes payroll adjustments, including vacation, sick, and other time off
  • Provide reports to various departments as requested
  • Create on-going month-end, quarterly and year-end organization reports
  • Investigate and resolve any and all payroll problems
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of payroll experience required
  • Familiarity of accounts payable processes
  • Knowledge of ADP is preferred
  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
