Payroll and Benefits Supervisor will oversee the payroll process using Ultipro for over 600 employees and assist employees with benefit plan enrollment, benefit questions and manage the HRIS system. This is a direct-hire role with supervisory responsibilities over two Payroll Associates. Administer all health care benefit plans including medical, vision, dental, disability, flexible spending, health savings accounts and 401(K).
Conduct enrollment meetings and benefit orientation.
Provide customer service to employees for payroll and benefit questions
Coordinat with benefit providers
Maintain and enhance the HRIS system and provide training and technical support. Resolve any HRIS issues.
Ensure accuracy of biweekly and monthly payroll.
Create payroll and benefit reports.
Monitor time and attendance and assist with benefit and payroll audits.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Over two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Strong technical skills and understanding of HRIS systems
