We have partnered with a Frisco TX client to find a Payroll Analyst for a direct hire role paying up to $80k. Candidate must be vaccinated to apply.
Process multiple monthly international payroll submissions, provide back up to semi-monthly US payroll, and ensuring timely submission via payroll systems.
Process file feeds from payroll to the appropriate carriers after each payroll processing cycle
Directly assist employees and managers in payroll-related questions and issues to bring to resolution
Research payroll issues, demonstrating high analytical ability, knowledge of best practices, and an understanding of federal and state payroll tax and labor law developments
Contact managers or team members to resolve questions or gather missing payroll related information
Reconcile timecard entries and assist with leave balance inquiries,
corrections or calculations
Produce reports for Accounting and Finance, in addition to tax and benefits related needs
Review and complete month-end and/or year-end filings for global compliance needs such as, W-2, ACA, P11D’s, etc.
Complete and review Year-end processes for international pay groups
Evaluate and eliminate process and tool gaps based on efficiency measures and improvement methodologies through continues process improvement initiatives
