The Payroll Analyst provides support and guidance on payroll related issues. The role will interpret policies and operating practices on a daily basis when analyzing, auditing, and processing payroll and payroll adjustments. In addition to being engaged in payroll processing, this position will ensure all payroll taxes and garnishments are processed correctly.
• Establish and document appropriate payroll information
• Ensure proper set up W-4 and direct deposit for new hires weekly
• Assist employees and payroll vendor on tax inquiry resolutions
• Audit employee’s resident and work states
• Manage employee inquiries and response related to garnishments
• Assist with processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
