Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator with 2 or more years of Payroll processing experience for a full-time job at a well-established company in Holland, MI.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for full cycle payroll processing for employees located in Michigan.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify hours entered
  • Finalize and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • Update employee information in payroll system when needed
  • Monthly commission calculation
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of payroll processing experience
  • Associates degree in accounting preferred but not required
  • Prior experience processing payroll for over 300 employees
  • Skills:

  • Prior experience with Paycor preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable asking questions 
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type: Full time, contract to hire

    Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $55,000
  • Work Hours: M – F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
