Accounting Principals is partnering with a company in the construction industry to find them a temporary to hire payroll professional. At least a year of payroll processing is preferred, but if you have experience in the industry or have some accounting experience but are a quick leaner, you could still be considered for this position. You will be processing payroll, assisting with commission reporting, and collaborating with the HR Manager. This position will require you to be onsite in the office daily, but they have health precautions and procedures in place. The office is in Bothell, WA with free parking.
Processing bi-weekly, union payroll for about a hundred employees
Responding to employee inquiries
Analyzing and calculating commission reports weekly
Assisting with benefit administration and union changes
Additional tasks as needed
At least a year of payroll or accounting experience
Strong customer service skills
Previous experience in the construction industry would be helpful
High attention to detail and extreme accuracy
Ability to learn quick and self-manage your work
