Calling all payroll professionals! We’ve partnered with an established construction company near Salem to help add a new Payroll Administrator to their team. Our client offers a collaborative and easy going work environment. The perfect fit for this opportunity will have at least 3 years of construction payroll experience, in addition to experience with Viewpoint Software.
This direct hire opportunity pays up to $56k per year.
In this role you will:
Process payroll for 350+ employees across multiple lines of business
Work with the accounting team, HR and internal employees to resolve any payroll discrepancies
Complete all payroll related reconciliations and journal entries
Work with the accounting team to complete month and year end close
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of payroll experience in the construction industry
Viewpoint experience is highly preferred
Experience with third party payroll software is a plus
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $22 - $27 DOE
