Accounting Principals is partnering with a top client to hire a Payroll Administrator for a Direct Hire opportunity located near Irving, Texas. Qualified applicants must have four plus years’ experience of solid payroll processing and combined with exemplary customer service skills. Payroll processing for over 700+ employees is highly desired. Additional knowledge needed for success would be assisting with Payroll Taxes, entering garnishments, and providing employee customer service on questions is key to success. Responsibilities for Payroll Administrator:
Process bi-weekly payroll for 700+ employees
Set up new employees in the system and enter garnishments and deductions
Calculate employee commissions with accuracy
Maintain payroll reports in Excel
Assist with Payroll tax filings and 1099's
Assist with maintaining payroll reports for Management
Review timecards for accuracy
Provide exemplary customer service to employees regarding payroll issues and questions
Minimum of four years of high-volume payroll processing
ADP Workforce software experience is a must
Kronos timeclock is a plus.
MS Office including Advanced Excel including Pivots and V-Lookups is required
