  1. Principals is partnering with a Hospitality company to hire a Payroll Administrator for a Direct Hire opportunity located near Cresson, Texas. Qualified applicants must have three plus years’ experience of solid payroll processing and one year of benefits knowledge, combined with exemplary customer service skills. Payroll processing for over 200+ employees is highly desired, including processing commissions during a payroll cycle. Additional knowledge needed for success would be auditing timecards, entering garnishments and providing employee customer service on questions is key to success. Responsibilities for Accounting/Payroll Specialist:

  • Payroll processing for 200+employees, weekly and biweekly
  • Set up new employees in the system and enter garnishments and deductions
  • Calculate employee commissions with accuracy
  • Maintain payroll reports in Excel
  • Assist with Payroll tax filings and 1099's
  • Assist with maintaining payroll reports for Management
  • Provide benefits information to employees and act as liaison for questions
  • Review timecards for accuracy
  • Responsible to export data from Access database


  • Minimum of three years of high-volume payroll processing
  • ADP Payroll experience is highly desired
  • One plus years of previous benefits knowledge and experience is required
  • MS Office including Advanced Excel including Pivots and V-Lookups is required
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
