The Payroll Administrator manages and processes the payroll for over 1,000 employees on a semi-monthly schedule. The Administrator supervises the daily operations of the Payroll Department and ensures timely, efficient, accurate processing of multi-state payroll in compliance with all applicable federal state laws and procedures.

Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and three years related experience. Understanding of the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system such as Ellucian Banner or Colleague. Knowledge of federal and state tax laws pertaining to the payroll function.
Microsoft Suite, Payroll Systems ADP, Payscale, Ellucian Products preferred
