Accounting Principals is looking to fill a Payroll Administrator position as soon as possible! This role is within an organization that functions multiple states across the US and wants to find those who are also ready to grow their careers. Qualified candidates will have minimum of 5 years of experience in processing payroll for over 200 employees. In addition, qualified candidates will understand the manual aspects of payroll. This is a direct hire position paying up to $60K annually with benefits. This position is located in Wilmington, DE.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PAYROLL MANAGER JOB
Oversee all day to day operations of an in house payroll team that processes for 200+ employees
Familiar with state and multi state laws and taxes
Monitor status of work in progress, review completed work and resolve any problems
Managing the payroll for US - Multi state
Verify completeness of biweekly, weekly, and monthly payrolls
Post month-end payroll entries and adjustments as needed.
MUST have 5+ years minimum of Payroll experience
Experience working with an ADP Software
Knowledge of a multi-state large (200+employees) payroll
Considerable knowledge of federal, state, local, payroll functions and administration including regulations and underlying principles.
